Our Member Self Training option isn’t just a gym membership. As part of the Member Self Training package, you not only get access to our gym facilities, but you’ll also receive a personalised six-week training program to give your fitness journey the direction it needs.
As part of this package, you will also receive an initial body fat assessment and basic nutritional advice to follow from a personal fitness trainer.
