Group Training

Training at Performance U is like no other group strength training or fitness training you’ve experienced before. If you’re looking for someone to mindlessly count your reps and retell you stories from the weekend, sadly, you’re in the wrong place.

Our semi-private group training is the key to getting optimal results! Join a community of like-minded people who are goal-oriented, committed and passionate. We provide group training sessions (12 people maximum) to enhance your overall strength, fitness, endurance and mobility through a combined structure of up to five sessions per week.

Programming is split between strength based movements, and condititoning sessions, so that you get stronger while getting leaner as well.
